Patient Guideline for Typhoon and Severe Rainstorm Warnings
Typhoon
| Conditions |
Time Frame | Arrangement |
| Signal No. 3 or below | 8:30am – 5:30pm | Center will be open as usual |
| Signal No. 8 or above |
Before 8:30am | Center will be closed for the day |
| During working hours | Center will still provide limited appropriate services to patients. In the event of an, emergency, all relevant services will immediately cease. | |
| Signal lowered to No. 3 or below | Before 1:00pm | Center will resume operations within two hours. Should patients have any queries, please contact our hotline for assistance at 3588 2499. |
| After 1:00pm | Center will remain closed for the rest of the day |
Severe Rainstorms

| Yellow/Red Rainstorm Signal | 8:30am – 5:30pm | Center will remain open as usual |
| Black Rainstorm Signal | Before working hours | Center will be closed for the day |
| During working hours | Center will still provide limited appropriate services to patients. In the event of an emergency, all relevant services will immediately cease. | |
| Cancellation of Black Rainstorm Signal | 8:30am – 5:30pm | Center will be open as usual |
| Before 1:00pm |
