Knowing what to expect and what to take with you to your first appointment can help you’re your experience with OnCare run more smoothly.

Since you will be receiving a lot of information, you may wish to bring a family member or a friend with you. At your first appointment, you will be:

Meeting your doctor, this may include a physical examination.
Undergoing additional testing for a more precise diagnosis so you and your doctor can customize your treatment plan.
Meeting your nurses and other members of your medical team.
Meeting our patient liaison officer to discuss your insurance coverage, your out-of-pocket expenses, your financial responsibilities, and any billing questions you may have.
